About the role:Join our dynamic and inclusive team as the National Bids, Grants and Tenders Manager.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the entire bid process, from identifying new opportunities to submitting winning proposals.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the creation of high-quality proposals that meet client needs, managing budgets and resources effectively, and ensuring compliance with all RFP requirements and guidelines.
You will coordinate and facilitate bid review meetings, ensuring that key stakeholders provide valuable insights and address any concerns.
Additionally, you'll monitor bid performance metrics, analyse win/loss data to identify trends, and conduct post-bid analysis to implement improvements for future bids.
To drive continuous improvement, you'll refine bid processes, templates, and best practices while staying abreast of industry trends, market insights, and emerging best practices.
Your ability to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge will be crucial to your success in this role.
