With multiple divisions driving opportunity in all marketplaces, we are currently seeking a National Bid Manager for Large Power and Renewable Projects. Having a strong history of success winning projects specially designed for the Utility, Renewables, Mining & Minerals, Data Centres, Oil & Gas and Infrastructure industries involving generators, BESS, batteries and Renewables. They are looking to take the next step and strengthen their Tendering team by adding a newly created role for a Bid Manager.THE ROLEThe right individual will have a successful Bid & Tendering track record in working closely with Mining, Electrical Utilities, EPC's, Oil & Gas, Independent Power Producers and New Renewable Ventures. Weekly you will be engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders from Business Development Managers to Project Managers, Engineers, Product Delivery, Procurement and Clients.WHAT IS REQUIREDExperience in Solution Orientated Bids and Tenders or Project Management/Delivery of Electrical/Mechanical/Power TechnologyAbility to develop professional submissions, while operating in a process driven mannerA Passion for learning new technologies, processes and systemsAbility to break down technical information into layman's terms for non-technical clients and stakeholdersExcellent self-discipline and time managementAbility to demonstrate operating to KPI's and Company objectivesWHAT IS ON OFFERThe successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with an internationally recognised name and an Australian company that invests in its people for the long term. You will also be remunerated by an excellent salary of $130-150 K +Super, tools of the trade, career progression and numerous company perks.
