In this role, you'll own the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid search and social campaigns, driving visibility, engagement, and conversions with precision and creativity.Why you'll love this role:Strategic Impact: Be the expert driving visibility and audience engagement across paid search and social media platforms.End-to-End Ownership: From budget management to audience segmentation and campaign analytics, you'll take full ownership to maximise ROI.Collaboration & Innovation: Work with creative, content, and brand teams to produce impactful ad campaigns that elevate brand awareness and fine-tune the customer journey.Key Responsibilities:Integrated Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement paid search and social media strategies to expand reach, identify new markets, and engage target audiences with precision.Customer-Centric Targeting: Leverage audience segmentation and insights to design high-impact ad content and visuals tailored to client's unique customer sets.Paid Search Management: Run high-performing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms, using keyword research and data insights to refine performance.Social Media Strategy: Drive paid campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, creating content that enhances brand's visibility and resonates with luxury buyers.Cross-Channel Collaboration: Partner with social, content, and creative teams to align organic and paid strategies, ensuring cohesive messaging that reinforces brand goals.Market Localisation: Customise campaigns for different regions, tailoring content and targeting to boost relevance and engagement across diverse markets.Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics to track key metrics, providing data-backed insights and making adjustments to optimise performance.Budget Management: Strategically manage budgets and bids to maximise campaign profitability and ROI.What You Bring:Extensive Paid Media Experience: Strong background in paid search and social media marketing, with a keen understanding of PPC, SEO, and data-driven strategies.Analytical Mindset: Proficient in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, data management for feed optimisation and marketing automation scripting.Creative and Collaborative: Ability to work closely with content, brand, and creative teams to develop cohesive campaigns that align with the luxury brand voice.Trend-Driven: Passion for staying ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.Looking to elevate your digital marketing career with a role that drives results?
