Our team is looking for a likeminded individual, who can operate in a fast paced, team environment, building positive personal and professional relationships, and can operate with a vision for Zero Harm.The RoleWe are currently seeking a Resourcing Specialist to join our vibrant and professional Rail Team in our Seven Hills branch, and on-site in rail environments visiting our client sites.This is an excellent opportunity to work in our fast paced and dynamic industry. Working with a team of experienced professionals, this role will enable you to further develop your skills within the rail sector.Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing, screening, and interviewing of suitable candidatesConducting and recording reference checksWriting job adverts and advertising onlineProviding excellent customer service to candidates & clientsEffective database managementData entry and compliance dutiesDeveloping & Distributing RostersPromoting a positive safety cultureProviding resourcing reporting for Senior ManagementSkills and experienceTo thrive in this position, the following attributes are highly valued:Strong attention to detailExcellent and proven administration skillsConfident, friendly phone mannerAbility to work as part of a cooperative team & willing to help othersOutstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skillsAbility to build trusting relationships with colleaguesExcellent customer service skillsExperience in Rail sector/Recruitment Sector highly regarded (not essential)Mandatory RequirementsTo be eligible for this role you must:Pass a Rail Category 1 MedicalPass on-going internal and host site, random workplace drug and alcohol tests (Urine)Be willing to obtain RIW CardComplete Courses:Safely Access Rail CorridorProtection Officer Level 1 & 2Handsignaller Level 1 & 2Electrical Permit HolderHave reliable transport to travel to client sites as required(Programmed cover the cost of Medicals and Courses for the successful candidate)Employee BenefitsAutonomous role with fantastic career prospectsLong term career potentialPaid parental leave and great discounts with selected retailersAn Employee Assistance Program, which incorporates a tailored wellbeing initiativeThank you for your interest in our role and we look forwards to meeting you.
