Home to popular personalities including Fifi, Fev & Nick, Lucy & Nikki, Jimmy & Nath, Carrie & Tommy and Mike E & Emma.About the role:We're on the lookout for a Podcast Sponsorship Executive to join our LiSTNR team in Melbourne.
The Podcast Sponsorship Executive is responsible for overseeing the smooth execution of podcast sponsorship campaigns from client sign-off to completion, ensuring coordination between Sales, Creative Writers, and LiSTNR Podcast Producers.
The role manages critical timelines, budget allocation, and talent integration, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and campaigns are delivered on schedule.As the main point of contact for sponsorships, this role handles operational support, reporting, and invoicing, while also driving continuous improvement by working with implementation teams to standardise processes and maintain a talent and producer database.What you'll be doing:Assist with brandfit process and trackingManage campaign implementation from client sign-off to campaign completion for standard podcast sponsorships and talent integrationBe the conduit between Sales, Creative Writers and LiSTNR Podcast Producers / Talent in arranging recording of scripts and podcast sponsorship execution.Facilitate thorough critical path timelines, sharing directly with key stakeholders to ensure all parties are briefed ahead of campaign start date.Main point of contact for LiSTNR podcast sponsorship implementation.
Initiating kick off meetings with relevant team members and ensuring all information has been handed over and appropriately delegated for implementation.Ensure appropriate budgets have been allocated for all integrated podcast sponsorship elementsPodcast operations support when requestedManage producer timetables for recording and updating Talent Team/Sales team on relevant changesOrganise guest speakers for extended/integrated sponsorshipsManage all pod and post executionsSupport the team on podcast monthly commercial reportingManagement of invoices and payments for extended/integrated sponsorship elementsWork with the Implementation Manager for continuous improvement of sponsorship implementation – using Frequency/Smartsheets.
