We are never afraid to go against the grain in order to do work that moves people.Role OverviewWe are looking for a mid-weight dynamic creative pairing - Art Director and CopywriterYou're a creative team who can ideate, design, and produce art direction and copy for campaigns.ResponsibilitiesArt Direction Developing and executing a variety of digital media campaigns, building assets to help clients meet their vision through owned media and paid channels Day-to-day management of art direction and implementation of campaign assets. Execution of cross-platform social marketing campaigns to help increase client social media presence and brandCopywriting Writing copy for a diverse portfolio of clients Working in collaboration with the Creative Team i.e Art Directors and Designers Generating and communicating creative ideas to build innovative campaigns Collaborating and supporting the Creative Director to deliver social media/digital content from briefing to ideation, concepting to execution. Identifying and sharing more efficient ways of doing things that benefit the client and team.What You Bring Strong folio of work. Strong creative concepts across campaigns. Experience in working with creative teams - managing digital executions from start to finish. Proficient skills in Adobe Software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Highly articulate and clear in all communications internally and externally Strong time management skills and ability to juggle and meet tight deadlinesWhat We Offer Flexible work in a hybrid work environment with mental wellbeing initiatives.
