Based at our Gold Coast and Sydney Offices, with an additional warehouse in the USA, we're a dynamic team of passionate individuals creating impact in the health and wellness space.About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paid Media Creative Strategist to join our team.
In this role, you will develop and execute creative strategies to drive performance across various digital marketing channels, with a focus on maximising ROI and driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.You'll analyse performance data, write high-converting video scripts, identify winning creative patterns, and develop testing frameworks that push our creative boundaries This role is available in either our Northern Beaches, Sydney or Gold Coast office Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and targets.Lead the ideation, creation, and optimisation of ad creatives (including but not limited to images, videos, and copy) for paid social media campaigns, display advertising, email marketing, and other digital channels.Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify key market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to inform creative decisions.Utilise data and analytics to monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimise creative assets to drive higher conversion rates and lower acquisition costs.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including performance marketing, design, and product development, to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing initiatives.Stay up-to-date on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and eCommerce to continuously innovate and improve our creative strategies.Essential Experience:3+ years experience in paid media script writing and static ad briefs.
Proven track record of success in performance marketing, with a focus on creative strategy and execution within an eCommerce environment.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid social media, display advertising, email marketing, and SEO.Excellent storytelling skills.
