Cheil Worldwide Inc. is a marketing company under the Samsung Group that offers advertising, public relations, shopper marketing, sports marketing, and digital marketing.
We are looking for a Senior Brand Strategist to join us during an exciting period of growth.

Reporting to the Group Director, the Senior Strategist will be responsible for Brand, Creative and Retail communications strategies, leading and establishing the agency's strategic capabilities, establishing a team, and working closely with Account Management and Creative in the planning and development of retail creative and solutions for Samsung and all other clients.

Duties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Brand & Creative communication strategy, including offline & online strategies Interpreting and developing consumer insights Interpreting client briefings and collaborating with the Business team and creative teams to present strategically sound creative solutions to our clients Development of creative briefs for internal briefings Presenting strategies to our clients Designing Consumer Decision Journey (CDJ) scenarios and strategies to support the development of retail communications Connecting with other Cheil branches to share insights and case studies Relationship building with key client Data and Insights teams Establishing strategic capabilities beyond self, capability, and team expansion About you:
7+ years previous experience in a similar role (agency experience in a strategy role is a must) Experience across Telecoms, Retail, and/or FMCG preferred Customer strategy planning experience in carriers (Telstra, Optus, Vodafone) or FMCG companies preferred International experience welcomed Research experience is also advantageous Excellent verbal, written, and visual presentation skills High skillset in MS Office Results-driven, open-minded, and positive personality Excellent communication and organizational skills with extreme attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface diplomatically with all levels of employees and management Ability to work independently, be flexible, and have good time management skills What's in it for you?
