About the roleThis full-time Sales Manager role at GTurbo offers an exciting opportunity to lead an experienced sales team in a growing organisation.
Based in our Balcatta, WA office, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and developing customer relationships to support the company's strategic objectives.
What you'll be doing Manage and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targetsDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to grow revenue and market shareBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partnersAnalyse sales data and industry trends to identify new business opportunitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiencesProvide leadership and mentorship to the sales team to foster their professional developmentMonitor team and individual performance, providing feedback and guidance to drive continuous improvementWhat we're looking for Extensive experience in a sales management role, preferably within the sales industryProven track record of leading and motivating high-performing sales teams to achieve ambitious targetsStrong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management and market dynamicsExcellent communication, negotiation and presentation skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform strategic decision-makingDegree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferredWhat we offerAt GTurbo, we are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment that enables our employees to thrive.
