About the Role
Eco Garage Doors is seeking a dynamic WA Sales Manager to lead our new Perth branch, reporting to the national sales manager.
This is a senior leadership position with a hands-on focus on driving sales across the WA builders' market and reseller network.
You'll manage a pipeline of opportunities while fostering high levels of customer satisfaction and achieving sustainable business growth.
What You'll Do: As a sales-driven leader, you'll identify opportunities, optimise processes, and support your team to achieve their targets.
You'll play a pivotal role in building strong relationships—internally and externally—while working with a supportive National Sales Manager.
This is a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on the success of Eco Garage Doors.

Key Responsibilities Build and lead a successful team of B2B and B2C sales representativesDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth and retentionManage and grow key accounts with a customer-first approachDrive a high-performance culture by addressing challenges with a creative mindsetProvide business updates on customer and internal sales team performanceOversee complex negotiations and deliver measurable sales outcomesOther ad hoc sales and operational support tasks as requested by the National Sales ManagerAbout You A hunger for new business development with proven success as a sales manager, preferably in the building supplies industryA proven track record in generating new business and cultivating a high-performance team cultureExceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsA strong understanding of the market forces and business landscape that will be key to your successA process-driven approach to workflow with an ability to manage multiple projects and client needs at onceThe ability to build strong, personable relationshipsTeam player mentalityEagerness to travel across Perth to develop new marketsProven ability to build and implement strategic sales plansDriven, proactive approach with a focus on accountability and resultsAbility to manage conflict and drive a high-performance sales cultureCustomer service focused with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service across all channelsDemonstrate a positive approach to problem solving and changeTechnical knowledge of sectional and roller doors with the ability to sell and leverage the benefits that Eco Garage Doors is renowned for (advantageous but not essential)10+ years' experience in sales within the building supplies industry (advantageous but not essential)Location
This role requires the successful candidate to spend five days out in the field and/or in the Eco Garage Doors Perth office.
Extensive travel is required with the successful candidate expected to be away for at least one week each month.
