Parks Victoria's IT Services Branch is looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure manager to lead the IT Infrastructure team in the administration and management of IT Infrastructure services and products.Enjoy flexible working arrangements and a supportive team environmentCompetitive Salary + SuperannuationA supportive organisation and promoting work-life balanceAbout the roleAs the IT Infrastructure Services Manager at Parks Victoria, you'll leverage your expertise in IT infrastructure and people management to deliver high-quality IT services across a diverse range of technologies. With a focus on $1.8B in assets, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring ITIL best practices, Agile/SCRUM methodologies, and successful project delivery. You'll lead and mentor a high-performing team, prioritising work, managing capacity, and ensuring skills are up to date. In addition, you'll manage vendor performance, track budgets, and ensure compliance with policies. With responsibility for technology availability, reliability, security, and resilience, you'll drive the infrastructure strategy to meet business needs while fostering excellent customer service. This is an ideal role for an outcomes-driven leader passionate about IT infrastructure and service delivery.About Parks VictoriaParks Victoria's vision is to be a world-class parks service, ensuring healthy parks for healthy people.
