We currently have a part-time opportunity for an experienced HCP sales professional to join our Consumer OTC Sales team in NSW, where you will be responsible for promoting Aspen medications and products to health care professionals (HCPs) and key influencers throughout the Central Coast, New England North West and Mid North Coast regions.

Reporting to the Sales Manager (HCP), you will be responsible for promoting a range of leading products across Nasal & Sinus Solutions, Infant Formula, GI and Women's Health and achieving sales objectives both directly through pharmacists, and indirectly through influence of HCP recommendation.

Key Responsibilities:
Meeting with HCPs (including GPs, clinics, ENT specialists, pharmacists and other HCPs including hospitals) to identify needs, present product information and collaborate on digital initiatives, events and CRM.
Meeting quarterly and annual sales and distribution targets through assigned pharmacies.
Implementing sales tactics to promote products to HCPs, in order to influence end user purchase.
Representing Aspen and the brand/s at medical conferences.
Conducting weekly territory planning.
Maintaining the CRM system.
Analysing sales data to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this environment you must be self-motivated, adaptable, highly organised and able to work in a collaborative team environment.
In addition:
Proven experience in HCP sales (preferably GP sales) within a similar environment - pharmaceutical or consumer health.
Experience detailing technical product information with scientific information to specialists & other health care professionals.
Experience in building and influencing a network of health care professionals.
A track record of creating territory plans resulting in growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and create rapport with a variety of people.
Tertiary qualifications in a pharmacy, science or business discipline will be highly regarded.
