In this professional team and with an existing claims team in place, our client is growing and are seeking other like-minded Property Claims professionals to join the team.
As a Property Claims Consultant, you will be: Assessing and validating Property claims by gathering necessary documentation and conducting investigations Liaising with brokers to facilitate claim resolutions Keeping the brokers informed and managing expectations throughout the claims process Ensure compliance with policy terms, industry regulations, and company standards Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency On Offer: A genuine hybrid working arrangement An opportunity for professional growth and career advancement Being part of a collaborative and supportive work environment Working with quality accounts with high-performing colleagues who will support and work with you to serve the client's best interest Ideally you will have: Proven experience working within Home, Landlord or Strata claims (2 years') A strong understanding of insurance principles, policies, and regulations Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills The ability to analyse data, assess risks, and provide effective solutions Proficiency in industry-specific software and Microsoft Office Suite For a confidential discussion please call Kirsty Patterson on 0426 680 959 , click Apply or email your resume to ******
