Collaboration with diverse teams, data analysis, and clear communication are essential.
This role demands adept problem-solving, meticulousness, and effective task prioritisation.
Additionally, you will enhance business processes and systems.This is a permanent full-time role based in Sydney with the possibility of combined home/office-based arrangements for a flexible work-life balance.ResponsibilitiesOwning one or more product features and leading project execution.Achieving a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges.Gathering, validating, and documenting customer requirements.Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.Collaborating effectively with the Product Manager and strategic lead for the product.Collaborating effectively with the scrum master, developers, and testers.Identifying issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions.Describing the potential business benefits of proposed solutions.RequirementsExtensive experience as a business analyst/product manager/agile product owner (desired) with a preferred legal industry background.Ability to work in a B2B environment with various customers and stakeholders.Previous experience working in a SCRUM environment.Skilled in user experience (UX) research/validation and user interface (UI) design.Proficient in APIs and web apps with responsive design.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Legally authorized to work in Australia.Work in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation, offering numerous wellbeing initiatives, shared parental leave, study assistance, and sabbaticals to help you meet your immediate responsibilities and long-term goals.Working for youWe know that your wellbeing and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
