From warehouse workflows to customer service finesse, you'll be the go-to for keeping operations in top gear.Here's how you'll get things rolling:Smooth Operator: Systems & ProcessesHit the ground running by revamping workflows and nailing quick wins in your first 90 days.Sharpen inventory management, warehouse logistics, and dispatch to keep things humming (DIFOT over 95%, anyone?).Drive upgrades and innovations—because standing still isn't an option.Warehouse Wizardry & Logistics LeadershipOversee multiple warehouses like a boss, making stock flow smoother than a polished deck.Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure inventory levels match growth plans—no splinters in this operation.Turn dispatch into a two-day turnaround dream.Customer Service MVPLead a team that turns every customer challenge into a solution so good it should come with a warranty.Upgrade service delivery processes to keep customers coming back for more.Keep the experience sharp, polished, and always on point.People Leadership with a TwistBring the team together under a shared vision, creating a culture of accountability and pride.Mentor and develop your crew across locations—you're not just building a team; you're shaping a powerhouse.Lead by example and make work a place where people feel motivated, engaged, and safe.Who You AreYou're a pro at solving operational puzzles and a natural leader who knows how to bring people together.
