You will be working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and an immediate start is available.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, technology, or a related field, with experience working alongside financial institutions or lenders. A passion for motor, marine, or leisure activities would be a great fit, making you feel right at home in our dynamic environment.In this role you will be responsible for:Expanding Your Territory: Hunt down new business opportunities in the motor, marine, and leisure dealership space across Australia.Building Relationships: Cultivate lasting partnerships with dealerships, financial institutions, and referral networks.Crafting Killer Strategies: Develop and execute sales strategies to win new clients, expand product usage, and keep clients happy for the long run.Lead Generation: Get those leads rolling through networking, industry events, and smart marketing.Sealing the Deal: Lead negotiations, handle contracts, and close partnerships with dealerships and financial institutions.Being the Expert: Stay ahead of the game with in-depth knowledge of our tech and industry trends, showcasing the value of what we offer.Collaborating for Success: Work closely with our product, marketing, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success.Applicants will need experience in business development, sales, or account management within asset finance or dealerships, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.You'll also need:Strong connections and relationships with motor, marine, and leisure dealerships in Australia.A track record of smashing sales targets - especially in new client acquisition, product penetration, and partner volume growth.Stellar communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Solid understanding of asset finance tech and its role in dealership operations.Experience with CRM software and sales management tools.In joining us, you'll benefit from:Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.A fun, innovative, and supportive work culture where your ideas matter.Real opportunities for career growth and personal development.The chance to make a big impact in the booming asset finance tech space.If you think you have the skills and drive we're looking for, APPLY NOW through our online application form.
