We are seeking a Workshop Administrator to join our growing Kalgoorlie team
19th December, 2024 Cooper Fluid Systems is Australia's most diversified provider of hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication and fluid transfer solutions.
We specialise in the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of cutting-edge systems and technologies to customers throughout Australia.
An opportunity now exists for a Workshop Administrator to join our Kalgoorlie branch.
About your new role: The Workshop Administrator is responsible for assisting and supporting the branch with administration of day-to-day functions.
This role will report to the Branch Manager and will be aligned with the branch's commitment to exceptional service to all Cooper Fluid Systems customers.
This is a vital role in the business and will be responsible for:
Utilising relevant computer-based job management systems to process jobs for the workshop;Data entry, Workshop staff time allocation and time sheet management;Liaising with workshop staff and purchasing department to organise job parts;Ensuring that the processing of paperwork is performed in an accurate and timely manner;Assisting with implementation and transitioning of a new ERP system;Processing some incoming and outgoing deliveries for the business;Assist with ensuring a high level of customer service from the branch.What you will need to succeed: Proven experience in a similar position / administrative role;Ability to communicate with stakeholders of all levels both within and external to the organisation;Ability to work autonomously and be self-driven;Experience using computer-based ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP or similar;Basic knowledge of workshop, service and general office administration would be helpful;Full Australian working rights;Prior experience within the Industrial, Mining, Agriculture or Defense markets would be beneficial, but not essential.What you will get in return: Fulltime permanent position;An attractive remuneration package including incentive plan;Long term career opportunities;A vibrant, safe and welcoming workplace;A great team culture.We recognize that no candidate will fulfill every desired qualification.
