Business Development Manager - Steel & Reinforcing Nubco is looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our Sales Team in Northern Tasmania.

The role can be based at either our Northeast or North West branches.
Key Responsibilities: Drive profitable sales growth of Steel and Reinforcing categories by implementing targeted, results-focused sales strategies.Identify new business opportunities and build a large project pipeline.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.Conduct site visits and meetings to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activities.Provide training and technical support to members of the Nubco team.Develop sales strategies, prepare reports, and collaborate with internal teams to drive outstanding performance.Work with the Estimating, Procurement, and Marketing teams to put sales plans into action.Why Work for Nubco: We are a solution-oriented business that highly values its people.
