POSITION PURPOSE The Regional Membership Sales Associate will proactively execute the key sales strategies and sales lead management to maximize business growth and exhibit aligned brand representation.
This role is accountable for all new leads in Australia (including the APAC region), and will operate as the point of contact for all sales matters in this region.
The Regional Membership Sales Associate is required to develop strong relationships and trust with businesses to build awareness, equip them with the understanding of the power of integrating B1G1 into their operations and into their teams and successfully transition them into B1G1 Members.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS Head of Growth & Connection Member Success Manager Partnership representatives in the other regions External stakeholders and relationships KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES Execution of Sales Activities Contribute to the development of sales initiatives that align with B1G1's organizational objectives. Drive and manage daily sales activities and effective sales calls (both inbound and outbound) to ensure measurable outcomes and revenue growth. Project Management Manage implementation of key initiatives that directly contribute to achieving strategic goals and sales targets. Ensure projects are executed effectively, on time, and within budget, while maintaining a focus on results. Network and Relationship Building Engage in events and community outreach to elevate B1G1's brand awareness and generate new business. Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders, partners, and stakeholders. Lead Management Manage leads, referrals, and partnerships through the company CRM with a focus on optimizing conversion rates. Ensure timely follow-ups and nurture leads to maximize sales results. Performance Tracking Develop and maintain accurate sales performance reports for the region to inform resource allocation and support strategic planning, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. Continuously monitor and analyze key account metrics, including sales performance and conversion rates. Use insights to drive decision-making and refine sales tactics for improved outcomes. Collaboration and Accountability Participate in and contribute to company initiatives and meetings, ensuring alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives. Provide feedback and insights to leadership and global team to accelerate growth and refine sales execution. Share progress and results with stakeholders, fostering a culture of accountability and transparency. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and membership-based sales models. CRM Proficiency: Experienced with CRM systems for pipeline management. Consultative Selling: Strong ability to engage prospects, understand their needs, and present solutions. Relationship Building: Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and clients. Self-Motivated & Results-Driven: Ability to work autonomously and meet targets in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital tools and systems, eager to learn and adapt to new technologies. WORK ARRANGEMENTS Fully remote work arrangement.
Full-time work with flexibility to adjust your own work hours and location based on effectiveness of work as well as personal needs. Requirement: Sufficiently fast internet connection at the location of work to handle Zoom meetings. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS AU$3,600-4,500 monthly base salary (based on your experience and residential location) + quarterly performance reward.
Due to the salary range offered, the role may not be suitable for candidates who are after 'normal jobs' in the Australian standard job market.
However, this role may be very attractive to those who are at the beginning of career development, or those with unique financial situations based on the personal or residential status and are looking for meaningful experience to build a legacy of positive impact while having a great experience, working with an extraordinary team.
We are also open to candidates who live outside of Australia, with sales experience with Australian SMEs.
