Crunch Fitness in Springvale and Chadstone are seeking Membership Sales Representatives to deliver excellence in member experience and business operations. Role Overview As the Membership Sales Representative (MSR), you will be the face of Crunch Fitness and contribute to the success of our club.
Your focus will be on delivering outstanding member experiences and ensuring high service and sales standards.
You'll collaborate closely with your team to achieve membership growth and elevate our club's performance.
Member Experience Welcoming members at all touchpointsHandling inquiries, complaints and feedback professionallyFostering engagement through personalized interactionsMaintain club rules and policiesSupport key services like Rest and Recovery, Personal Training, and Group FitnessTeamwork Collaborate with team membersCommit to training compliance and on-going learning and developmentEnsure compliance with operation systems and proceduresEngage with potential members to understand their fitness goalsFollow through on execution of SMART plansFocus on member retention and referralsWhy join the Crunch fam?
