Position Overview Looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Representative to join our team.
As an IT reseller, you'll sell top-notch tech products and services from industry leaders like HP, Microsoft, and Lenovo.
If you're tech-savvy and love connecting with customers, this role is your gateway to a rewarding career in IT sales.
Key Responsibilities: Quoting: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes based on customer needs and preferences.
Ensure timely delivery of quotes and follow up as necessary.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and deal progress using the company's CRM system.
Sales Excellence: Smash sales targets and build a robust pipeline through strategic client engagement, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Nav and Pipedrive to outpace the competition.
Client Mastery: Become the go-to expert, guiding clients through our array of offerings – from cybersecurity to edge networking – and crafting custom solutions that hit the mark.
Strategic Outreach: Conduct dynamic sales presentations, tailoring proposals to diverse client needs, and mastering the art of negotiation to seal the deal.
Here's what the ideal Virtu candidate looks like: Current knowledge on consumer IT hardware and software.
Degree in IT-related field preferred.
Enthusiasm for technology and a desire to stay updated with IT industry trends.
Sales and customer engagement experience.
Persistent and ability to bounce back and persevere when receiving rejections in sales.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
