We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Dietitian to join our team in providing high-quality nutritional services in an aged care setting.
Award winning and innovative Aged Care Provider, including recipient of Xref's "Best Workplace Award 2023" and "Engage Change Champion Award 2023" Permanent part time position (3 days per week) Wellbeing initiatives + rewards and recognition programs + daily staff lunches Montefiore is seeking a permanent part time Clinical Dietitian to complement our existing close-knit Dietetics & Speech Pathology and work alongside our newly created dedicated Food Service Dietitian.
This position will work across Montefiore's three campuses, with a focus on our Randwick site.
In this role, you will:
Deliver comprehensive clinical nutrition care to aged care residents, focusing on individual dietary needs and preferences.
Collaborate with the catering and food service teams to ensure that meals meet the nutritional requirements of older adults.
Provide education and support to residents, families, and staff on the importance of nutrition in promoting healthy aging.
Participate in projects that enhance resident wellbeing and align with our core values of Choice, Dignity, and Respect.
Clinical nutrition experience, preferably in an Aged Care setting.
Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build effective relationships in an interdisciplinary setting.
Willingness to travel across sites as per operational requirements.
Ability to identify opportunities for, initiate and complete quality activities.
Current driver's license and own car.
