About the role: This is a full-time contract opportunity until January 2026 located in Campbelltown.
Starting base salary of $99,741 to $105,724 negotiable based on experience, plus super, plus access to generous salary packaging options.

If you're ready to make an impact, we invite you to join us at Uniting as the Coordinator for GITS, Reconnect, and Rent Choice Youth Programs.
As a key member of our Youth Transitions team, you'll oversee three life-changing programs, ensuring vulnerable young people and their families receive the support they need to achieve housing stability, rebuild relationships, and enhance their well-being.
This is a multifaceted role where your leadership, strategic insight, and collaboration will make a lasting difference in the lives of those at risk of homelessness.
From managing multidisciplinary teams to forging partnerships across a broad geographical region, you'll lead with purpose, ensuring every service is inclusive, trauma-informed, and evidence-based.
Your role will be pivotal in shaping Uniting's commitment to a brighter future for young people in need.
Inspire and lead teams across GITS, Reconnect, and Rent Choice Youth programs to deliver exceptional outcomes for young people and families.
Develop strategic partnerships with schools, housing services, and community organizations to maximize support for youth at risk.
Ensure timely and effective responses to referrals, providing wrap-around support that restores stability and well-being.
Foster a culture of inclusivity, cultural sensitivity, and innovation within your team.
Oversee program operations, financial management, and reporting to ensure compliance with Uniting and government standards.
Your Qualifications & Experience Minimum Bachelor of Social Science or related discipline.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire, support, and develop high-performing teams.
A track record of building strategic partnerships and delivering programs in a culturally sensitive manner.
Expertise in trauma-informed and evidence-based practices to support young people and families.
Exceptional communication, time management, and conflict resolution skills.
A current NSW Driver's Licence and a current NSW WWCC.
