About the CompanyThe company is breaking into the Queensland market with a strong presence interstate.
They have an enviable reputation operating strictly in the Commercial sector with projects valuing anything up to $10mil.
About the Role – Site Manager (contract)Due to a successful tender, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to assist with de-fit and fit out of existing commercial premises.
You will report directly to major stakeholders and the project manager.
Skills and Experience Come from a trade backgroundPrevious construction and refurbishment experience will be consideredExperience completing commercial projects up to $10mil range is an advantageMust have QBCC Supervisors or Builders licenseMust have First Aid certificationBenefits Working on a 6-8 week commercial projectDeveloping a working relationship with a great young teamPotential opportunity for additional assignments on successful tendersCompetitive rates of pay available (PAYG or PTY LTD)How to ApplyTo submit your details please click on the APPLY NOW button below.
