Key Responsibilities:As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the design and development of solutions for the organisation, focusing on business processes, new products, and operational improvements.
You will be responsible for:
Gathering and Analysing Requirements: Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to understand and document business needs.
Facilitate workshops and conduct research (interviews, surveys, competitor analysis) to gather valuable insights.Process Design and Documentation: Creating detailed business process maps and developing business cases.
Translating requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria for the development team.Testing & Quality Assurance: Managing the testing process, ensuring solutions meet business requirements, and developing necessary training materials.
Oversee post-implementation monitoring to ensure success.Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Building strong relationships across all levels of the business.
Effectively manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and transparent reporting.Continuous Improvement: Identifying and recommending process improvements, supporting the business in driving change, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.About You:You will have a proven track record in business analysis and a passion for solving complex business problems.
Key skills and experience include:
Experience: 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 1-2 years in a Senior Business Analyst role.
Prior experience in transformation programs and agile delivery environments is essential.Technical Expertise: Proficient in business process modelling, As-Is/To-Be process mapping, and data analysis.Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to engage and manage relationships with a range of stakeholders, including business and technical teams and multiple vendors.Agile Methodology: Solid understanding of agile frameworks and experience in delivering solutions using agile practices.Problem Solving & Change Management: Strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear documentation and present complex ideas to various stakeholders.Certifications: Agile certifications (PSM, CSM, or similar) and BA certifications (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP) are preferred but not mandatory.What They Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageA collaborative and innovative working environmentOpportunities for professional development and career growthThe chance to make a meaningful impact within a leading organisation50% work from home policyIf you're an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a passion for business transformation and delivering value-driven solutions, we encourage you to apply now
