Job Description
As our next Front Office Team Member, you will: Take care of guests from their arrival through to their departureContribute to guest satisfaction at all times by providing high quality services throughout their stayHandle any guest complaints and/or remarks; provides a response as soon as possibleCarry out all operations concerning guest arrival and departure in compliance with internal proceduresInform guests about the formalities, any special conditions relating to their stay and the services availableHandle phone callsApply the procedures of internal auditPass on information as necessary to other departments (floor staff, technical etc) and to other members of the front desk teamEnsure that all guest documentation is up-to-date and availableMake the update of the informationHandle reservationsAs part of our team you can have:
