Digital Partnerships Performance Marketing Manager

Sydney Permanent Lead Generation Marketing Our client is looking for a Partnership Marketing Manager – Lead Generation to design and execute innovative strategies that drive high-volume, cost-effective leads across diverse digital channels.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in performance marketing, has a deep understanding of native and social platforms, and is eager to scale lead generation efforts while optimising cost-per-lead (CPL) and return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement a partnership-focused lead generation strategy, creating scalable solutions to drive incremental lead volumes at low cost.
Build and expand relationships with third-party partners and platforms, negotiating commercial terms to maximise lead quality and ROI.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance in-house lead generation capabilities, including API integrations for real-time lead ingestion.
Optimise creative campaigns, testing different formats and platforms to improve performance metrics like CTR, CPL, and lead quality.
Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying new channels and emerging opportunities in the lead generation landscape.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring budgets are allocated effectively and insights are shared with key stakeholders.
Experiment with media buying models and creative formats to unlock the highest volume, lowest-cost lead sources across native and social platforms.
Key Requirements : Experience : 4+ years in lead generation, performance marketing, or partnership marketing, with a proven track record of delivering cost-effective campaigns.
Platform Knowledge : Hands-on experience with Taboola, Outbrain, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, or similar platforms for native and social advertising.
Technical Skills : Familiarity with API integrations, real-time lead validation, and automation tools to streamline lead acquisition processes.
Analytical Mindset : Ability to connect campaign performance data with business goals, optimizing CPL, CPA, and ROI.
Partnership Expertise : Strong relationship management and negotiation skills, with experience working across local and international markets.
Strategic Vision : A proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities, scaling lead gen efforts, and driving continuous improvement.
This role is based in Sydney and has a Hybrid work model in place.
You must hold full unrestricted work rights for Australia to be eligible, as sponsorship isn't available.
