The EPMO Manager plays a critical role in driving the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across the company.
This position provides both strategic and operational leadership to ensure the alignment of the EPMO's mandate with the organization's goals, fostering strong partnerships with business leaders and stakeholders.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who can align the EPMO's objectives with the broader goals of the organization, ensuring a clear and consistent vision.

Key Responsibilities & Skills: Strategic Planning and Alignment: Expertise in aligning project portfolios with enterprise strategic goals, ensuring that initiatives contribute to overall business success.Portfolio and Program Management: Advanced skills in managing complex project portfolios, including prioritization, resource allocation, and performance tracking.Change Management: Proficiency in developing and implementing change management frameworks and strategies to support organizational transformation.Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives, sponsors, and cross-functional teams, ensuring stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.Risk Management: Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across multiple projects, ensuring successful outcomes and minimal disruption.Agile Methodology: Solid understanding and experience in applying Agile principles to enhance project delivery speed, flexibility, and efficiency.Financial Acumen: Competence in monitoring and managing project and portfolio financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.Communication and Reporting: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare and present clear, concise, and insightful reports to various stakeholders.Leadership and Team Development: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing EPMO team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Analytical and Critical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to assess complex data and make informed decisions that drive project and portfolio success.Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PROSCI, CSM, or PMI-ACP.Minimum 5 years' experience managing a PMO in a fast-paced environment, preferably in insurance or financial services.Application Process: To apply, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and why you are the ideal candidate for this role.
