Broker Team Assistant - Insurance Administration SupportThe Broker/Team Assistant is responsible for various insurance client service support tasks including administration and outstanding customer service to our internal teams and commercial clients.If you have a passion for client service and an interest in developing your Insurance Broking career through ongoing learning and progression opportunities, we would love to hear from you.This opportunity sits within our Affinity & Small Business team, who service an existing portfolio of Australian SME clients, responsible for retention & driving new business growth.Be part of this exciting journey, take the first step in your career, where you will contribute to positive client outcomes daily by supporting our team of Brokers focused on managing Renewal Portfolios, educating clients on risk and insurance products, brokering business, and driving new business growth.What the day will look likeYour day will be busy with administration and client servicing, which will be the key to your successSome of your responsibilities include:Interfacing with potential clients through several channels, such as email, inbound and outbound phone callsProviding administration support to our Brokers including the insurance policy renewal process and project tasksAssisting our Brokers with quotations for commercial insurance products and obtaining Insurer documentation such as Certificates of CurrencyFollowing up outstanding accounts including payments/refundsPreparing and lodging insurance policy requests to be processed in an accurate and timely mannerEnhance the client experience through outstanding customer serviceHelp towards team KPIs and sales targetsParticipate in training and coaching sessions to develop technical knowledgeSkills and experience that will lead to successThis role is ideal for someone who is looking to kick start their Insurance Broking Career, who prides themselves on strong attention to detail, administration skills and is client service focused.Administration experience supporting client accounts (highly regarded)Insurance experience would be beneficial but we can train the right personAble to build strong relationships and thrive in a team environmentTeam player who loves working towards common goals and assisting the team to achieve targetsStrong communication, problem solving and analytical skillsExcellent attention to detailCompetent with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel and any CRMTier 1 insurance qualification or willingness to achieve this qualification (highly regarded)Passionate about your career and enjoy being exposed to learning and developmentHow to apply:Please submit your up-to-date Resume by clicking on the APPLY NOW option.To learn more about Aon please visit our careers site: www.aoncareers.com.au#J-18808-Ljbffr
