We are looking for an organised Customer Service and Fulfilment Coordinator to join our team This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced, growing company, working in a friendly and creative team environment. WHAT'S INVOLVED Main Responsibilities: Fulfill eCommerce orders - Pick and pack stock from our warehouse and dispatch domestically and internationally via our shipping softwareIdentify and resolve any shipping, stock levels, or similar issues with outgoing ordersProcess returned ordersHandle customer tickets and queries regarding orders, including order status, returns, exchanges, refunds, and other queriesLiaise with our warehouse and eCommerce teams to determine stock movementsUpload new products into Shopify, ensuring inventory quantities are correct, and ordering stock where neededUpdate online stores and ensuring accuracy of stock counts and auditsAbout You: You're hyper-organised and a people-person who shows initiative, thrives on proactivity and enjoys working within a fun team. Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service and fulfillment in a warehouse environmentExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamTech savvy, able to learn new systems quicklyExperience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms (advantageous)Experience with Gorgias or similar customer experience platforms (advantageous)Familiarity with ShipStation or similar shipping software (advantageous)PERKS Pub lunch every monthRegular team outingsB Corp initiatives and prizesOpportunities for personal and professional developmentAccess to skill-enhancing workshopsA fun and friendly officeAPPLICATION DETAILS We are based in Marrickville, Sydney and would prefer this position to be filled by someone living locally.
