About the Role: As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will oversee clinical and care services, collaborating with the Residential Manager and a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
In this role, you will provide clinical leadership, coordinate resident care, and facilitate the delivery of person-centered services at the site.
Working with the Residential Manager and Allied Health practitioners, you will ensure all services are delivered in a manner that maintains residents' quality of life and respects their individual rights.
The SECURE full time position is available at Juniper Bethshan, a cozy 26-room residential home that combines original 1920s charm with modern facilities, and Juniper Waratah Lodge, a 16-bed facility that offers a similar sense of community and belonging.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager available to work the below required roster: Monday to Friday, start times are flexible you have the option to work: 8:00am - 16:00pm, 8:30am - 16:30pm and or 9:00am - 17:00pm.

Key Responsibilities: Comprehensive clinical assessment and review of residents' care needs Provide leadership and promote a collaborative approach to clinical and care staff to ensure delivery of person-centered care Actively support and work cohesively with the clinical care team Support the Residential Manager in identifying training needs and performance management of clinical and care staff Facilitate and coordinate the admission process for new residents Review AN-ACC appraisals prior to being submitted to Medicare, analyzing and reporting any anomalies to the Residential Manager Key Requirements: AHPRA Registration Experience as a Clinical Nurse Lead in an aged care setting Comprehensive knowledge of evidence-based clinical and care practices Demonstrated knowledge of continuous improvement, accreditation requirements, AN-ACC funding requirements, and documentation Experience with clinical problem solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-focused care Satisfactorily pass all relevant Key Personnel checks including Bankruptcy and Police Clearance What's on offer: Not for profit tax savings and benefits of up to $18,550 p/a* Free on-site parking Health Insurance discounts with HBF or Medibank Employment within a large, well respected, aged care organisation presenting ongoing career opportunities People of all ages and cultures are encouraged to apply.
