What you can expect As an Onboarding Project Manager, your purpose is to partner with diverse organizations worldwide to enhance their internal communication and employee engagement.
The primary goal is to guide Customers throughout the Onboarding Journey - collaborating on tasks like goal setting, platform setup, product training & change management.

This role will be Sydney based.
About the Team Workvivo's Onboarding Project Team is a group of world-class Implementation experts that partner up with all of our Workvivo Customers.
The team guides them through our tried & tested onboarding methodology.
Our main focus is to upskill project teams on all of the fantastic Workvivo features, share all of our best practices, support them through change management & ultimately make sure their Workvivo launch is a huge success.

What we're looking for Experience in a customer-facing roleExperience using software project implementation techniques and approachesExperience proactively managing multiple customer projects within scope and scheduleExperience delivering high customer satisfaction with every interactionExperience delivering training workshops and presentations in person and by video conferencingExperience collaborating with key stakeholders internally across Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and SupportWays of Working Our structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
