Senior Construction Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with expertise in mid to high-end custom residential construction, site supervision, and site management.
Tasks & Responsibilities Ensure strict adherence to OH&S regulations and safety guidelines.Coordinate on-site activities, subcontractors, suppliers, and all administrative aspects of construction.Build and manage a trade base to maximize project efficiencies and outcomes.Conduct quality control inspections to ensure the design intent and highest quality standards are met.Resolve on-site construction issues effectively.Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and design and interiors teams.Manage the site to ensure projects are delivered within budget.Hold weekly meetings with the Construction Manager to discuss project schedules, planning, and coordination to ensure construction milestones and timeframes are met.Qualifications & Experience A minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar role as a builder or site supervisor in mid to high-end custom and architectural builds in Australia.Appropriate qualifications in a relevant discipline in Building and Construction.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Proficiency in understanding working drawings, relevant building codes, and construction methodologies.An eye for quality and detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.Excellent time management and organizational skills.A great personality and enjoyment of a dynamic work environment.An Australian Driver's License.Construction Induction White Card.The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, energized, and confident, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

You will also be a strong advocate for site safety with good knowledge of building methodologies and building codes.
