The Role:We are seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) on behalf of our client, a company renowned for its decades of success and innovation.
This key leadership role will oversee the growth and profitability of the business, driving revenue generation and managing both national retail and wholesale sales teams.

As the CRO, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, to develop strategies that align with business objectives.
You'll also play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership & Team Management: Lead a national retail sales team through a structured branch approach.
Manage a wholesale sales team across AU/NZ, supporting their growth and regional exposure.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to sales managers and staff, ensuring high performance across the board.
Profitability & Strategy: Work closely with the CEO and CFO to develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
Assist in setting sales, gross profit, OpEx, and EBITDA targets.
Support branch sales managers in creating accurate sales budgets and forecasts.
Maximise sales growth through a deep understanding of market demand, opportunities, and supply chain dynamics.
Set and manage pricing strategies that balance sales growth with profitability.
Collaboration & Cross-Departmental Support: Foster collaboration across all internal departments to align strategies and drive company-wide success.
Work alongside teams in strategy, operations, marketing, finance, and IT to develop a scalable, efficient business model.
Support a positive, growth-focused company culture and help drive innovation and best practices in sales.
Team Development: Ensure the development and training of staff, both in soft and technical skills, to maximise their productivity and efficiency.
Promote continuous professional development, goal setting, and career progression within your team.
You will have: MBA or similar qualification is preferred, but significant experience may also be considered.
Proven track record of hitting $100M+ in revenue through successful sales leadership and execution of growth strategies.
Proven success in managing geographically dispersed sales teams, with regular travel.
Extensive experience in business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Experience in government or healthcare sales is advantageous, but not essential.
Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems and using technology to optimise team performance and the client care process.
Experience developing and executing sales strategies that align with overall business goals.
High work ethic and emotional intelligence.
Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
Strong brand ambassador, leading by example and inspiring your team.
