Talent Acquisition Assistant with IT Background (Temporary - 1 to 3 Months | Fully Remote | m/f/d) Your Responsibilities​: Support recruitment processes: post ads, screen CVs, schedule interviews Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) Assist with onboarding documentation and coordination Liaise with internal teams and hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring workflows Conduct initial outreach and communications with candidates Provide general support to the HR and talent acquisition team Your Profile​: Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Familiarity with recruitment platforms and remote collaboration tools Detail-oriented, responsive, and professional Fluent in English (working language); German intermediate We Offer​: Contract type: Temporary (1-3 months) Working hours: 7 hours/day Location: Fully remote (EU) Compensation: approx. €3,260-€3,490 per month Potential for permanent hire: Yes Equipment: Must have own laptop and internet access JBRP2_AT
