Erste Group Commercial Real Estate is the specialist of Erste Group for real estate financing in Central, Eastern and South-Eastern Europe and focuses its services on a wide variety of financing solutions for real estate projects (office buildings, shopping centers, warehouses and hotels) as well as provides know-how for real estate project development. Within this division, the department Commercial Real Estate Clients International offers customized loans and first-class financial services for commercial real estate clients on various locations within its core markets.
Your Tasks- Working within a team of financing experts and assisting in handling of our real estate financing portfolio
- Preparing various reports over our financing portfolio and its performance
- Analyzing specific real estate projects
- Supporting the sales team in preparing applications to the decision-making bodies of Erste Group
- Currently enrolled at a University/University of Applied Sciences with a special focus on Real Estate
- You are a team player with pronounced communication and social skills, a hands-on approach and willingness to learn
- Highly proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English verbal and written communication; German and/or a CEE language is a plus
- Exciting and challenging full-time (38.5h/week) as of January 2025 until June 2025
- Support of your professional and personal development in a dynamic, comprehensive and interesting area
- We guarantee an internship allowance of minimum EUR 2.821,46 gross per month on a full-time basis (except obligatory internships) and benefits of Erste Group
