Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für Sitzungsvor- und nachbereitung (Vorstandssitzungen, Aufsichtsratssitzungen, Hauptversammlung)
  • Office Management inklusive Terminkoordination, Telefonbetreuung, Ablageorganisation, Reiseorganisation, Beschwerdemanagement etc.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellen innerhalb der VIG (national und international)
  • Lösung von Ad-hoc-Anfragen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau
  • Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Proaktive, humorvolle, teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit schneller Auffassungsgabe und genauem Arbeitsstil
  • Stressresistenz und Flexibilität in sich schnell ändernden Situationen
  • Professionelles und sicheres Auftreten, ausgezeichnetes Organisationstalent
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutscher und englischer Sprache

Aufgrund der gesetzlichen Vorgaben informieren wir über das monatliche kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt von EUR 3.053,76 brutto auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung (37,5 Stunden / Woche). Selbstverständlich bieten wir eine marktkonforme Bezahlung. Es ist uns wichtig, dass sich Ihr Gehalt an Ihren Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen orientiert, weshalb wir das Gehalt gemeinsam in einem persönlichen Gespräch besprechen.
Bei dieser Vollzeit-Position handelt es sich um eine Karenzvertretung.
