**We are looking for property management assistant (M/F/d)**

Working hours: full time| Location: Vienna| Industry: property| Experience: 1-2 years

Our customer is a small but fine property management company that scores with the professional care of its customers and a good working atmosphere. Fair payment for employees, an appreciative environment and the opportunity to develop professionally are a matter of course. We are looking for an assistant to strengthen the team.

**Your areas of responsibility**:In your job, you will support the property management team in all organizational matters relating to the care and management of properties.
You independently process incoming inquiries from owners, tenants and professionals.
For all insurance claims and small repairs you take over the competent processing.
Together with the experienced property managers, you will conduct property inspections.

**Our requirements**:You have completed commercial or technical training and ideally have passed the examination for property management assistance.
Since you have already gained professional experience in property management, you know what tasks arise in this position.
You wish to be able to work independently and you see yourself working in a property management company for a longer period of time.
We require very good computer skills (MS Office) for this position.
High service and customer orientation are the basis of the success of this property management, which is why we are looking for employees who attach just as much importance to this.
