**Dein Team**:
Seit der erfolgreichen Europawahl im Juni 2024 dürfen wir NEOS mit zwei Abgeordneten im Europäischen Parlament vertreten und gemeinsam mit einem großartigen Team an einem starken Europa arbeiten. Das Team besteht derzeit aus 8 Mitarbeiter:innen und 2 Abgeordneten. Im Rahmen der Renew Europe Fraktion arbeiten wir gemeinsam mit anderen Liberalen Europäer:innen daran, unsere Union zu stärken und gemeinsame Probleme gemeinsam zu lösen. Neben der parlamentarischen Arbeit, ist es unser Ziel die Europäische Union näher an die Menschen zu bringen und die Menschen näher an das Europäische Geschehen zu bringen.

**Dein Job**:
Übernimm als Büroleitung die operative Leitung des Teams, sowie die Umsetzung der gemeinsamen Strategie und die Weiterentwicklung und Erreichung unserer Ziele.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Strategische Themen
- und Aktivitätensetzung für die Delegation
- Strategische Positionierung der MEPs
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kommunikations
- und Medienstrategien in Kooperation mit den Kommunikationsverantwortlichen
- Einschätzung der aktuellen Themenlage in Europa und Österreich
- Strategische Vorbereitung und Planung des Plenums
- Beziehungsmanagement zu relevanten Stakeholdern in Österreich und Brüssel, sowie NEOS und der Renew Fraktion
- Personalführung
- Budgetplanung und -monitoring

**Deine Qualifikationen und Qualitäten**:

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit (politischem) Management und Führung inkl. Budgetverantwortung
- Tiefes strategisch-politisches Verständnis
- Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Projekten
- Erfahrung im Europäischen Parlament von Vorteil
- Freude an der Arbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
- Hervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Freude am eigenverantwortlichen Voranbringen von Themen und lösungsorientierte Hands-on-Mentalität
- Gutes Verständnis für die Europäische und Österreichische Medienlandschaft
- Gutes Verständnis von der Europäischen und Österreichischen Politiklandschaft
- Teilen der Kernwerte und Positionen von NEOS
