- We are looking for a motivated **Team Lead Supply Chain Business Process with a focus on Planning **(M/F/d) for our global ERP rollouts at our MM Packaging plants.**Your Role**:
- You are supervising the team for planning, purchasing and job preparation-
- You execute and support the global rollout of our ERP System (Microsoft Dynamics 365) with a key responsibility for Supply Chain for our divisional solution-
- You are specifying, designing, developing, documenting, testing, implementing and improving continuously required process within the supply chain area-
- As part of the global Business Demand team, you are responsible for our implementation of the group-wide ERP system in all our plants-
- You're the first contact between users and IT and translate the needs of businesses into process specifications for internal and external stakeholder-
- You have the understanding of processes and technologies in the global packaging industry to improve it-
- You are supporting local key users in training and testing as part of the implementation and further development of our business processes**Your Profile**:

- You have completed your economic and/or technical studies
- You gained relevant professional experience in supply chain area and integrated business processes with a focus on Planning & Job preparation
- You have experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle), experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage
- You are a team player and looking to work in a multifunctional agile team and have previously demonstrated your leadership skills
- You have a hands-on approach and analytical mindset
- You enjoy traveling up to 40% and working in a project environment
- As a communication talent, you are fluent in written and spoken English (C-Level), German is an advantage

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 75,000 gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
