**Your role at RBI**:
- Contribution to the implementation of Group-internal M&A transactions and other equity related projects
- Negotiation of equity deal structures with the international senior management of the Group and preparation of respective presentations for Board approval
- Analysis of business plans and corporate performance data as well as shareholder structures and respective equity considerations
- Project involvement and coordination of multiple internal and external stakeholders collaborating in an equity project (business, finance, legal, tax, auditors)
- Role as sparring partner for the senior management including preparation and presentation of comprehensive analysis material as a basis for decision making
- Screening of supervisory materials and involvement in mandate management
***Your core competencies**:
- University or college degree in Banking, Finance, Economic Sciences or other comparable studies
- Min. 3 years of working experience preferably in the financial services industry or consulting business
- Strong analytical and communication skills and familiar with due diligence
- Ability to transform ideas into precise and plausible presentations
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Power Point)
- Excellent command of English, German advanced
- Data and facts-driven personality open for continuous learning
