Head of Security & BCM (m/w/d)
- Die card complete - Gruppe ist mit rund 1,2 Mio. Karteninhabern und einem flächendeckenden Netz von Akzeptanzstellen die Nummer 1 am heimischen Kreditkartenmarkt. Aktuell erweitern wir unser Team Die Abteilung Security & BCM ist für alle relevanten Mechanismen hinsichtlich Information & Cyber Security, Physical Security, Business Continuity Management und Krisenmanagement verantwortlich. Der Hauptfokus liegt darauf, Datenverlust zu vermeiden, das Unternehmen gegen den Ausfall von Systemen und Prozessen zu wappnen und richtig und angemessen bei etwaigen Krisensituationen zu reagieren. Hierfür werden technische und organisatorische Maßnahmen eingesetzt, sowie alle Mitarbeiter dementsprechend laufend geschult.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

- Leitung der Abteilung Security & BCM
- Steuerung von Projekten hinsichtlich Information & Cyber Security, Physical Security und Business Continuity Management
- Beratung des Vorstandes hinsichtlich Security relevanten Themen, Trends und Best Practices
- Management von Incidents
- Durchfügung von internen Security Audits
- Überwachung und Steuerung von IT Security Gaps / Findings und Incidents Übernahme der Rolle des Informationssicherheitsbeauftragten
- Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung des IT-Risikomanagements
- Definition, Dokumentation und Implementierung von Policies und Prozessen
- Budget
- & Ressourcenplanung
- Funktionelles Reporting auf Konzernebene

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

- HTL-, FH- oder Universitätsabschluss mit IT bzw. idealerweise IT Security Schwerpunkt
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich IT Security und erste Führungserfahrung erwünscht
- Vorzugsweise international anerkannte Zertifizierungen der Information Security
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der IT Security Standards (ISO2700x), ITIL, COBIT, PCI-DSS
- Erfahrung in internationalen Konzernumgebungen
- Can-do-Attitute und pro-aktiver Zugang im Umgang mit Security Herausforderungen
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (in Wort und Schrift) in Deutsch und Englisch
