**Business Analyst for Banking CRM Rollout** (M/F/d)

**Your responsibilities**:

- Drive business rollout activities of the CRM solution, manage, measure and improve user adoption
- Plan the full rollout to all branches incl. support of training preparation and execution, tracking and improving adoption and setup of dashboards and metrics
- Manage adoption improvements - update business rollout strategy plan incl. gamification, video manuals, active cooperation with ambassadors etc.
- Prepare business rollout plan for call centers of international partner banks, discovery of CC involvement starting from Q2
- Support the product owner with business benefits calculation and certain business area implementations
- Support with definition of product metrics in partner banks as well enabling the tracking
- Help identify product improvements in order to improve business benefits
- Help with managing product backlog for a defined business area
- Challenge partner banks in order to reach the goal of common functionalities
- Propose simplified solutions for business problem solving

**Your profile**:

- Experience as a business analyst
- Used to working in an agile environment and with tools like Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint
- Business process transformation experience
- Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking
- Analytical approach and familiar with (CRM-) metrics
- Project or Product management experience is a big plus
- Salesforce project experience and know-how is a big plus
- Partial onsite presence (1-2 times per week, each week), willing to travel
