**(Senior) Manager R&D - Power Electronics**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced manager to lead our R&D initiatives in Power Electronics. This role serves as the key technical interface with customers, driving innovation and ensuring alignment with industry needs.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between R&D and customer-facing teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and manage technology roadmaps aligned with customer and industry requirements
- Lead product and technology development, including materials, processes, and production lines
- Oversee project planning, team setup, milestone tracking, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with standardized project management practices
- Foster early engagement with customers to identify new technology needs
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Represent the company in technical forums and roadshows

**Your Profile**
- Master’s degree in Electronics or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the electronics industry, preferably in automotive inverter systems or power electronics
- Proven track record in program management within electronics or automotive sectors
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP; knowledge of MiniTab, JMP, and statistical analysis is a plus
- Deep understanding of PCB and IC substrate markets
