As our Sports Experience Manager, you are responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing fitness experiences that support our users achieve their goals as well as growing engagement and retention for our products. You will support our User Research and Product Design Team in initial developments by consulting them on the product creation process.

**You’ll contribute by**:

- Consulting and advocating of the development of product capabilities and athlete experiences, backed up with scientific knowledge
- Integrating an overall sports experience perspective into our products and fitness content
- Executing a strategy consistent with target consumer and overall marketing objectives based on research
- Determining product segmentation by optimising content and user experience
- Understanding consumer dynamics, predicting shifts, and reacting to lifestyle trends, as well as benchmarking competitor products/strategy to enable fact-based decision-making for sports experiences
- Collaborating with the Product Marketing and Data teams to analyse and optimise fitness journeys
- Supporting personalised user experiences defined by consumer and channel needs
- Effectively communicating with counterparts in Athlete Experience, Product Marketing, User Research and Content to ensure an integrated approach

**What makes you the right match**:

- 5+ years experience in Product Management, Project Management or related fields of Sports Marketing
- Degree in Marketing, Sports Science, Communications or a related field
- Profound knowledge of digital product creation
- Strong project management and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with, and influence internal and external business partners
- Excellent English communication skills
- Know-how in UX development is a plus

**Salary Information**:
And here’s the fine print: Our salary range starts at EUR 44,520 gross per year. Your actual offer depends on your skillset and experience.
