Gamdom is on the lookout for a talented and passionate Sports & Esports Social Media Manager to join our growing team. If you live and breathe sports, follow esports like it's your second language, and have a knack for creating engaging, timely content, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you'll be the voice behind our sports and esports content across multiple platforms, driving engagement and community excitement around everything from match days to promotions. You'll work closely with our sportsbook, CRM, and design teams to bring bold, creative ideas to life.

Responsibilities
  • Cover top moments and trending stories across football, UFC, basketball, CS, Dota, Valorant, and more.
  • Plan and create compelling content for our X, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube channels.
  • Develop engaging posts around odds, promotions, daily deals, and competitions.
  • Build buzz during match days, playoffs, and major sporting events.
  • Write in a clear, conversational tone that resonates with fans and bettors — no corporate speak.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on sports calendars, social trends, and real-time content opportunities.
  • Align with CRM and sportsbook teams on campaign goals and timing.
  • Collaborate with our design team to ensure a cohesive visual identity across platforms.
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize based on data.
Requirements
  • Deep passion for sports, esports, and betting culture.
  • Native or near-native English writing skills with a strong sense of voice and tone.
  • Experience running or contributing to social media accounts, whether brand or personal.
  • Ability to create and curate diverse formats: memes, highlights, graphics, short videos, stats, and more.
  • Solid understanding of odds, betting principles, and responsible gaming.
  • Highly proactive and independent, yet collaborative with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexible schedule, with availability during evenings, weekends, and peak event times.
