We’re on the lookout for an inspiring and driven **Junior Accounting & Finance Manager**to take care of the ongoing accounting operations such as accounts payable process, monthly accounting reports, VAT declarations and annual financial report creation. This position is directly reporting to our CFO.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Execute the monthly accounting process (collecting all necessary information for the external accountant as well as plausibility checks and handling of open questions/items)
- Execute the monthly and quarterly VAT filings (together with the external tax advisors) for Austria, EU, Germany, UK, Norway, US, UK and Australia
- Handle the whole accounts payable flow
- Assist with the creation of the annual financial report as well as other accounting and tax reportings

**YOUR BAG OF TRICKS**:

- You have made first experiences in the domain of accounting (either through a first work experience or through your studies)
- You are a very analytical person that loves working accurately and cares for the details
- You seek a career in accounting or in general financial operations
- Fluent in English and at least B1 in German
- Hands-on mentality, always curious and eager to learn and take on new challenges
- You are an EU citizen or have a valid work permit for Austria
- You’re willing to relocate to Vienna or already live in this highly livable city

**NICE TO HAVE**:

- Expertise in Austrian Accounting and Taxes
- German native
- Experience with accounts payable processes and automations
