Machine Learning Intern

**Job Description Summary**: As a Machine Learning Intern, you will be part of GE Healthcare Women's Health, Zipf team and mostly work on machine learning & BI development projects which typically involves large and complex data sets. This requires work with Data Lake, Customer Care, Service Engineering and other ultrasound leadership team.

**Essential Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will
- Develop new BI solutions, support new dashboard development & deployment for product quality improvement and root cause investigations.
- Develop & support new machine learning algorithm (Descriptive, Predictive and recommendation systems).
- Aware about AI data privacy laws & regulations (including GDPR) would help.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Demonstrated skill in the use of descriptive and predictive analytics on semi or unstructured datasets.
- Prior experience or knowledge on Python/R/SQL and familiarity with AWS cloud services.
- Experience in ETL concepts and BI visualization tools like Tableau, Spotfire etc.,
- Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances.
- Eager to pilot new ideas, Good communication and data presentation skills.
- Valid Work Permit for Austria

Compensation is according to the Collective Agreement Electronics.
