**IHRE AUFGABEN**:

- In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die umfassende Verantwortung für die Bereiche Finance & Risk in Österreich und führen ein 8-köpfiges Team an
- Sie widmen sich dem Ausbau und der Weiterentwicklung der Finanzprozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen und der Muttergesellschaft in Deutschland
- Die Letztverantwortung für die Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüssen liegt genauso in Ihrer Hand wie die Zusammenarbeit mit Ämtern und Behörden sowie Wirtschaftsprüfern und Steuerberatern
- Zudem überwachen Sie den gesamten Budgetierungs-, Forecasting
- und Reporting-Prozess
- Die Gesamtkreditrisikosituation haben Sie ebenso im Blick wie den weiteren Aufbau der Risikoberichterstattung
- Als wichtiger Sparringpartner für die Geschäftsführung haben Sie immer das “Big Picture” im Hinterkopf und stehen für sämtliche Fragestellungen im Financebereich zur Verfügung

**IHR PROFIL**:

- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Betriebswirtschaftsstudium mit den Schwerpunkten Banking, Finance und Riskmanagement
- Sie bringen langjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Finanzleitungsposition auf Bankenseite mit, Vorerfahrung im Leasingbereich ist von Vorteil
- Ihre UGB-, BWG- und IFRS-Kenntnisse sind auf einem sehr guten Niveau, SAP-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert, jedoch keine Voraussetzung
- Sie können sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich auf gute Englischkenntnisse zurückgreifen
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Zahlen
- und IT-Affinität, Hands-on Mentalität und hohe Lösungsorientierung aus
- Als starke und gleichzeitig empathische Führungskraft bringen Sie sich proaktiv ein, schätzen einen respektvollen Umgang und vertreten Ihren Standpunkt mit diplomatischem Geschick
