**YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Ensure Emarsys strategic initiatives are measured and key analytics is available on a self-service basis
- Define analysis methodologies, key source data, necessary transformations, models.
- Lead a team in executing ad-hoc analysis, new KPI measurement methodologies research and pilots, presentation and explanation of findings
- Develop the team: identify and address team or individual capability requirements and gaps to deliver current and future work
- Contribute to the projects and if necessary lead projects including (but not limited to): enterprise systems implementation, integrations, data quality, data warehousing, analytics & reporting as an expert during requirement collection, solution design, implementation, user acceptance test and go-live stages
- Bring experience and best practices as a business analyst and requirements engineer
- Manage potential conflicts of interests and expectations between multiple stakeholders
- Document processes, analyze change requests
- Enable best-practice and knowledge sharing: create and implement templates, models, methods and processes, transfer knowledge to other team members and business stakeholders
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the roles requiring business analysis, requirements engineering, change management, analytics and reporting, process digitalization expertise
- Both business and technical background or relevant experience preferred
- Consulting experience is a plus
- Strong leadership skills
- Strategic vision for reporting and analytics in the SaaS industry
- Analytical thinking, a knack for numbers and advanced Excel skills
- Very good understanding of business processes and experience with transformations (e.g. quoting/contracting, invoicing, financial, human resource operations processes and transformations, etc.)
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Oracle Cloud, QlikView, databases, ETL tools is an advantage
- Doer mentality - ability to navigate between various teams and obtain the information needed
- A curious person who wants to drive changes and has a strategic vision how to do it in a sensitive and efficient was
- Strong communication skills, patience
- Strong in managing conflicts of interests
- Business fluent in English
- German skills are an advantage, but not a must
